I have taken this as well as NyQuil and other brands that all claim to do the same thing.
I have found that this works just as well if not better then all the others.
If you read the labels there is only very small differences, mostly having to do with content that does nothing productive for you.
I would recommend this to my best friend, not only for how good it works but also the money you will save buying it.
