My local CVS did not have the medicine I went in to buy. I saw a more expensive brand named product next to this one,but it was pricey, so I got this. I had been swelling for about a week before my period, which is unusual and new for me. I tried this one for the diuretic and it worked like a charm. I also get headaches before my period and the 500 mg of acetaminophen knocked those right out. Watch your acetaminophen intake...I had to avoid my cold meds for the days I took this so as not to double dose. I did get a little sleepy maybe 2 hours after taking 2 pills, but not so much that I couldn't stand up and shake it off. I will be buying this again!
