This sleep aid like so many others does not work for me. What irks me as well is that there is nothing either on the bottle, packaging, nor on-line to indicate a safe dosage in a 24 hour period. If one softgel does not work, can you take a second within 2, 4, 6 hours, etc.?

For a OTC sleeping aid this product when taken nightly, lets me sleep undisturbed all night with no groggy feeling the next morning.
