When I was stationed at Bethesda, I was given this when I was constipated and told to stay home. STAY HOME!!! This stuff will clean you completely out! I have used this for the past 7 years as it works great as a flush. There's nothing I trust more than this stuff. Drink the entire bottle and watch a movie. Make sure you have fresh toilet paper and an iPad or something. You'll be on the toilet for a while. It doesn't make your stomach hurt either. I think this is a great way to start a diet. Whatever you do, for the next 2 days after you drink this stuff, DO NOT TRUST THAT YOU HAVE TO PASS GAS BECAUSE YOU WILL RUIN WHATEVER YOU'RE WEARING! Don't ask how I know, just know that I know, ya know?
