I started using this product several years ago at our local CVS Pharmacists suggestion. One tablet a day of this generic product has eliminated leg cramps that I previously experienced after setting (or driving) for 30 minutes or more.

Some other stores carry the same type of leg cramp pills but they don't work the same, these work for me and nothing else will. Yes I highly recommend these above all else!

I have a lot of issues with leg cramps at night. This product definitely helps. I have only had one or two minor cramps when taking this before I go to bed.

I figured I would try these because the price was right and I have a lot of leg cramping due to RLS. Not only did they help my leg cramps but they helped my back pain. Not even ibuprofen can help that. I am very pleased and will recommend this product to friends and family.

By far, these are the best relief for leg cramps. They really work and you can't beat the price. If you have cramping from excercising try these pills for relief.
