We've been using these with our daughter for over a month now with great success. We previously tried another brand that stuck too well, to the point of being painful to remove. These stay on her for four hours with no problem, and remove painlessly when done. Part of our success is likely due to the fact that she's very good about leaving the patch alone while it's on. If a child is unable resist picking at or playing with the patch while it's on, something that sticks a bit more firmly may be needed.

I got these as I have been trying to find a patch to stay on as my grandson needs to wear one on each eye 3 hours a day, i put one of these on and it stayed on maybe if we were lucky 20 min. before it fell off
