I find the CVS brand of Iron to be the same quality of the name brand one. The best part is that it costs much less than the name brand one. Doesn't make sense to pay more for something when this CVS brand is equal in quality.

I find that the CVS brand vitamins are very good and priced ok, but the fact is that the CVS stores I visit dont market them well, most stores in and around my zip code either dont have the CVS brand vitamins available and when they do they are not displayed in a manner in which they standout, seems like a lost chance at more profits for CVS

Reviewed 12 years agoI take 1 - 65 Mg Tablet per day
I am a Platelet/Plasma donator for the American Red Cross. Because I donate it every 3 - Weeks, I was having a problem with the amount of iron in my system. I went to the CVS Pharmacy and discussed my problem with a pharmacist and she informed me that I would need ot take a tablet per day along with 6 ounces of orange juice. As a result, my level went from an average of 11 ot an average of 14.5.
