Does what it says and more. I have no complaints. The active ingredient Phenylephrine can be a hassle if you have had issues with high blood pressure but other than that it is highly recommended by me.

This seems to be a bad year for allergies or sinusitis and this
spray really helps with nasal congestion when needed. Other
sprays burn and some are very irritating to the nasal membranes, but this one is effective without the irritation. I
would recommend it.

I will actually be able to fall asleep due to this product! I can breathe through my nose again. :) But unfortunately it also exacerbated my sore throat. Still totally worth it!!

I use this nasal spray to counteract the effects of a medical prescription that causes a condition, medically known, as vasodilation. Relaxation of vein walls to ease the pressure generated on them by high blood pressure.
This relaxation of vein walls allows expansion of my nasal membranes, effectively reducing the amount of air intake through my nose.
The spray used with one light squeeze of the bottle and no inhalation of the mist places a film on the the nasal membranes, that acts to shrink these membranes and affords me a close to normal passage of air.
Please be aware that the medical community frowns on the use of the Phenylephrine, contained in this spray, advising that this will harmfully-raise the user's blood pressure!
None of my attending physicians have been able to find and prescribe an effective substitute, to date.
I have been so advised and warned and now... so have you.

CVS Fast Acting Nasal Spray is a wonderful alternative to
4 Way Nasal Spray which is no longer commercially available.
It is effective and long lasting.
