When Nasal 4way stopped being produced (not sure what happened to them), I found that this is the best product for swollen sinus'. I highly recommend this product

I have used many nasal products over the years due to bouts of congestion caused by allergy and Sinusiitis.The CVS brands formula I find the most long lasting, works effectively for many hours and is cost effective.

I have used the CVS brand of this "fast acting" spray for a number of years. It is equal to the name brands like 4-Way, and since it is less pricey, a much wiser purchase than the name brands. No difference in performance, BIG difference in price.
