We purchased two packs of the CVS Cold& Hot patches. The first patch we tried to use wouldn't stick to my shoulder at all, I could also barely feel any ointment on it, no cold sensation and I could barely feel it at all. We opened the other pack purchased at the same time (and had a later expiration date) and tried another patch, but it was the same. We bought the name brand later and there was a major difference. The CVS patches were simply too weak.

Soothe and feels like there is nothing there. the pain is gone. you forget that you have the patch on. thank God for cold and hot.
