Purchased one 2 weeks ago and it just stopped working. Replaced with new batteries and still not working. Will be taking it back for a refund!

The product description online says it comes with 2 tips. Even the instructions have 2 tips. It only comes with the fat one that says it's for dry and of course my daughter's nose is full of wet. It also says it comes with a case and it doesn't. Once we accepted these things we tried it twice with saline drops. I can't be sure my daughter's boogers weren't super high but it didn't help her at all and she fought me the whole time. It was able to suck out the saline drops for my neighbor but she almost immediately sneezed out a ton of boogers so I know it didn't get them all.
