I bought some tennis shoes online when there was a sale . They ended up being too big . I bought these and they took up most the slop plus they really feel like air cushions and improved the tennis which before had very little padding . The shoes were 13's so I didn't need to trim them that is the size they came . They have a pattern for each size down for trimming make sure you have sharp shears or scissors . Good luck .
