I use this several times a day due to a muscle spasm in my neck. Heats up easily in microwave and with convenient handles and good length, makes it comfortable and easy to use.

A friend of mine bought me a Bed Buddy about ten years ago as a joke. Well, the joke now is that I wouldn't be without my Bed Buddies! I have two on our main floor and two upstairs in my bedroom. I also have two at my summer home. As I am always cold, I use these every day to keep warm. I love them and wouldn't be without them.

The tag on mine melted and stuck to the covering and made a hole. I'm getting a new one and I'll cut the tag off before I microwave it.
