So, I turned "39" for the third year in a row (haha) and my dr recommended a multivitamin, so I went for the best value. You know what, my health has improved slightly! As a mother of five with kids between 20 and 7, I have been hard on my body, with endless shuttling to bball and foot ball practive, earlty morning hockey practice and late pick ups from play and orchestra practice. This gives my body what it needs.

My doc recommended "Women's One A Day Vitamins" as I reached the age of forty. Because of the budget that I am on, I decided on a less cheaper brand. Who knew that they would work so great. Not to mention that I recently purchased 3 bottles under 10 bucks (through CVS discounts and savings). Sweet!
