I use a lot of dairy products and live in a sunny place so don't need the largest amount of this supplement. Great for active women over 50 years!

I don't think this is as good a product as the name brand.
Some generics don't perform like their name brands.

I bought this online because I could not seem to find calcium tablets (as opposed to capsules the size of horse pills that I was afraid I would get choked on) in the store. So far I like these very much.

my calcium levels, drawn in the doctors office , have been within normal limits. Gives me the recommended dosage to maintain good levels.
