The calcium is good for the bones, and since I don't get out much when at work that helps; the magnesium is good for all around health, which is great and the zinc helps you combat colds and flu.
I've yet to catch a really bad cold, ,maybe sniffles once in a blue moon and I have not had a flu shot in over 7 years.

I've been taking this supplement for some time now. I like it because its not a mega dose; it just gives me a bit extra. I bought it online this time because the local CVS doesn't carry it in the store anymore. I think it's also a great value.
