Love the taste, so normally remember to take one each day. Also like it being 10,000 as opposed to pill/capsules which are less. Promotes faster healing, stronger nails and hair. Unfortunately is almost NEVER AVAILABLE at the store because is always SOLD OUT. - Better to order it online.
