works wonders...but definitely be careful
Okay, so in desperation to get rid of my pimples in a week, I was an idiot and applied a chalkload of this on my first two days. And it was NOT fun. My skin was as dry as a desert to the point where it was literally burning like I got sunburnt. I couldn't even smile without feeling hardcore burning pain :( So I had to put this down and apply moisturizer and lotion literally 3 times a day for a week straight, and my skin finally got back to normal (if not smoother XD) The pimples and slight acne that I originally had did go away. And as my skin got better, I started using this treatment again. It does wonders. However, now I put pea-sized amounts on the affected areas. It is a VERY strong treatment so use it conservatively. DO NOT GET EXCITED AND PUT A WHOLE BUNCH! YOU WILL REGRET IT AND YOU WILL FEEL PAIN! Other than that, it's a great product! Oh, and make sure you put on sunscreen if going outside! yup yup.

Works Well But...
I use this along with a face wash with salicylic and it worked wonders and withins weeks, 90% of my acne cleared up. The only drawback is that you MUST wear suncreen when using this product. I went out once without wearing sunscreen and I got patches of hyperpigmentation on my skin. Also, it can burn because of the strength.

Good product, but be careful!
I have moderate acne and scarring. I bought this product because I am 27 and seem to be getting more acne then ever. I started getting cystic acne which does not respond at all to any salicylic acid treatment. Bought this product along with the creamy face wash with BP. The first night I used the face wash and a pea sized amount of cream. I woke up the next morning with a significant reduction in the appearance of my scarring and some improvement to my skin. That morning I applied both again. That night, my skin started to feel warm. Then, I just washed my face with mild soap. The next morning I woke up and my face and undereye area was slightly swollen and scaly feeling. No pimples! So.... I think I just overdid it and didnt start slowly. I am letting my skin go back to normal then using just cleanser for a few days then the cream every other day!

Works well
I bought this item for myself and it works so well that both my teenagers took my extras - if the teenagers will use it it must be good.
