felt no side effects, noticed better mood, less stressed, more at ease, and even my family noticed my more positive, happy mood. i tried one other different brand from Costco after i ran out of these to try to save money and get more product, but it just wasn't the same, no results, the other brand didn't do anything at all for me, i didn't even want to finish the bottle. i will be sticking to the CVS brand.

I was unable to take these. When I took a pill I became sick to my stomach,clamy, and very sleepy. This feeling would last for several hours.
