I have used all kinds of items to protect my toes from recurring painful corns. The only thing that really works is this product. Even though it is described for little toe sleeves, I have used in on all but my big toes. I am just sorry that more of the CVS stores don't carry this item. It is so superior to the other offerings. When I go to a CVS that has them, I usually buy them all.
