I used to buy this product online and in stores. It was the only thing I used every single day to take off my eye makeup. I just bought 5 packages thinking that now that they made the change to textured, it wouldn't make that much difference. First, I prefer them to be untextured. You are cleansing the sensitive eye area so the texture makes no sense to me and serves no purpose. The smooth feel much more soothing. Second, I don't know what other change they made but now when I cleanse my eyes it burns. The old ones NEVER did that. If this product would have been unchanged I would have given it a rating of five. In light of the changes that have made me unwilling to try any more of the CVS makeup removal pads, I won't be buying these either again.
