I've been taking different things to try and get my digestive system working again. I've been on Metamucil, Mirolax, all the fancy stuff. But then I tried Culturelle. Honestly, the best I could ever hope for! It's so much easier to take than the powders, and with a chewable tablet, you don't have to take the insane amount of pills needed for other things!
I use this stuff every day, and I love it.
