I use a box of these 2X per year because I've been assured by my dentist that they will not harm the enamel on my teeth, and I'm very critical of teeth ... mine and other peoples'! Just my weird thing. You can't keep these on too long ... I've fallen asleep with them with no ill effects. The only thing you may run into is sensitivity; that can be cured by either a fluoride mouthwash (my dentist gave me one) or by skipping a day of treatments. BTW, they do not affect porcelain veneers, only your own teeth.

Saw teeth much lighter after 2nd use. Had to leave in for 30 minutes and didn't leave bad taste in my mouth because of the way these are made to stay in place. Used it first time and skipped it for 2 days do to how sensitive my teeth where to hot and cold!! Beauty hurts!!!

I've used the strips before and found them difficult to keep in place. Now they stick like crazy after a minute or two but I have trouble getting them off!
