I have only used this trimmer once so far, it is a replacement to a Panasonic model that I have had for about 10 years... but it definitely does not appear to be as good. Unfortunately I dropped and broke the main attachment that I used to use most, so had to have something new. That model is no longer available, so I was forced to find something else. I've had decent ConAir hair dryers so wanted to try this one. It doesn't appear to be a solid replacement so far, but I'm still willing to give it a few more tries.
One major complaint is that in the instructions call for cleaning it with the brush included... there is no cleaning brush. It also mentions a mustache comb and there is no mustache comb either.
I guess I get what I pay for, a cheap model. I would have paid more if I could find anything that looked better... so I guess I'll keep looking, apparently having wasted my money on this one.

It takes a bit of triying to get exactly which setting and comb is best but it really pays off. I have a goatee and mustache. It only takes a few seconds to switch combs for the length I want for each. It is user friendly - The grip feels great.
