Product works exactly as it is meant to and all the settings are aaccurate. Unfortunately I was unable to manipulate this tool on the back of my head. It requires using 1/2 to one inch sections of hair. For the back of head, this was impossible for me and I am usually good with self-styling my own hair. This item would need a second person to complete the back portion of the hair. My family cannot be expected to help me. I hated to return it because it truly worked so well on the top and sides but unless one has an assist, it's pretty impossible!

I bought this product by chance while I was browsing at CVS... I was planning on returning it since I expected it to be a massive mess. Watched some videos on youtube. I tried it and absolutely LOVED IT!!! I have long straight hair and I hate curling it cuz I always end up getting burned somehow. This product is awesome. No more burns! And the hair feels so much healthier than with a curling iron or a flat iron. The curls are just perfect! There's no mark in the hair, like when using a curling iron clasp. The curls feel soft and it looks great! It does take some time, I must admit, since you can only use a bit of hair at a time. However, it's so worth it, and you can watch TV while your curling your hair. Also, it's nice that the beep alerts you when the curl is done, so you can't over do it and burn the hair. I know it's pricey but you can get coupons up to 30% off at CVS. This is a keeper! I highly recommend this product!

I have flat, loooong hair. Straight as could be. I usually have to use a ton of product to keep any kind of curl. NOT WITH THIS!!! This thing curls it for me and it stays curled! Its a bit pricey.... but worth every penny to me! It has different setting for how tight or loose you want the curl... and if it gets snagged while being reeled in... it stops! It being a machine near my head made me very nervous.... didn't want my hair get ripped out. Now that I own this I would recommend it!

I honestly can't stop using this product. I watched a couple of videos on YouTube about it and I wasn't really convenced, but CVS (as always) had a great online promo and I snagged this beauty for like 35% off, so I decided to try it. The shipping time was excellent, the package came with a bunch of samples and coupons (which relaly surprised me because I have never bought anything from cvs.com and I wasn't expecting all the goodies) and I tried it that same day. I literally haven't been able to stop using it! I love how incredibly easy it is to use, the quality and "longevity" of the curls, and I don't feel like it damages my hair as much as other irons. Anyway, as you can see, I completely recommend this product if you want soft, bouncy, ever-lasting, flirt curls. This is the best machine ever created, and I mean it.

Curls can be tight or loose, it has an automatic shutoff, it doesn't burn my hair and I had a $20 .00 off coupon!
