I received a bottle of these for free as part of a Smiley360 mission. My opinions are solely my own and are not a result of receiving this product for free. I don't know that I noticed that much of a difference in anything, but I know that my dietary habits don't always provide me all the necessary vitamins/minerals that I need, and this is an easy way to supplement things I may be missing. If you need an extra incentive to take vitamins, this is an easy way ... so, for that instance, I would recommend.
Pros:
Easy enough to take, easy to get many needed vitamins easily without having to take a bunch of pills.
If you like to eat candy, it's a little bit of a treat.
If you have a hard time swallowing pills, this is a good alternative for taking vitamins.
Cons:
I hate when there is added sugar to anything .. the first two ingredients are sugar(s) .. granted, it's not that much sugar, but I'd rather just take a pill without the extra carbs (my personal opinion that companies over-sugar consumers).
They are tough to chew .. I thought they'd be softer and easier for my teeth to cut through.
The taste was initially odd to me, and I didn't care for them, but it grew on me (had I not been involved in the Smiley360 mission, I might not have given them a full try and tossed them).
I find the dosing for the Multi's to be lower than what has been recommended to me by doctors ... for instance, my doctor has recommended me to take 5,000 IU of Vitamin D, and this only has 400 (so I would still have to take an extra pill based on my doc's recommendation).

"I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own." I really liked this vitamin. It had as great taste and didn't have a chalky feel to it like some. They also did not have the weird aftertaste some do. I liked this because it doesn't cause me stomach upset due to my gastroparesis and they were easy to digest. I like the fact that they had a little more bite to them and they weren't the weird squishy gummies. i would definately reccommend these to any one who has trouble remembering to take you vitamins cause their icky.

I am not a huge fan of taking pills, but these make taking vitamins super easy. Actually, these make the process of taking vitamins quite enjoyable! It's as though you're simply chewing on a gummy bear, and the flavor is surprisingly nice for a vitamin. I'd most certainly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a great multivitamin.

Centrum MultiGummies are a good option for those that aren't enticed by swallowing a large pill daily. I personally found these to be too chewy, less gummy, and the flavor only alright. Even with that though, I would take these without much complaint. That being said, others who I shared these with loved them! They liked that they were a bit chewier and were a fan of the flavors. I would recommend for anyone wanting more nutrients in their daily lives to at least give them a try. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

Great taste and don't make me gag, like some other vitamins. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own. Husband also approves, and actually gave me money to buy more, once the sample ran out! I only wish it contained more of DV of Folic Acid.

I tried this product for a month and saw no difference in my body. The smell of it is awful, the taste is ok, but not wonderful. I am not a gummy lover and these did not change my mind a bit. "I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own."

I received this product for FREE through Smiley360. The gummies tasted great. Me (31) and my children (14 & 12) loved the flavors. If you are looking for a great tasting multi-vitamin, you got to try this product.
