I have been taking this vitamin and have noticed no change in my health during that time. The vitamin may have been boosting my immune slightly because when I quite taking it I caught a cold. I believe it to act like most vitamins. The taste was not bad but not especially good. My husband did not think it tasted bad, which is high praise coming from him.

I got a free sample to give these a try. It wasn't bad at all. Tasted just like a gummy candy. Definitely beats a nasty pill or chalky chewable.

i received this item for free to review and honestly it's the easiest vitamin I have ever taken. Most other vitamins I have taken and tried are chalky and just not pleasant to take and so I always forgot to take them or just flat out stopped because they weren't any good, but I can say that this is not the problem for these gummies. They are actually tasty and I never forget to take them. I'm actually almost out of them and super bummed, but I am going to pick up more. I've been told that I need to take vitamins more often and this is the best option.

To start off a few pros: they are smaller than other gummy multivitamins and have less calories and sugar. They also taste pretty good and are easy on my stomach. Really the only con I found was that they are a little tough and hard to chew. Still, taking them everyday is a good experience and I would recommend to friends. I received a free sample of Centrum MultiGummies for the purpose of my review.

Thanks to Smiley360 I was able to receive this product for free for testing purposes and I must say I loved it!. I have hard time taking regular vitamins in pill form as they are hard to swallow for me and give me a tummy ache, but these are so easy to take as you just chew them. I love that I can get all my vitamins this way. Highly recommend!

I was able to try the Centrum Multigummies for free, and I am so glad I was able to! I actually look forward to taking my vitamins every day. I really liked every thing about them except that they were a little on the tough side to chew. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I actually really liked all of the flavors, they really didn't taste like the regular chewable vitamins. They are a little bit sour, but I like sour things so that didn't bother me. After about a week of taking them, I actually really felt like I had some extra energy, and felt like I was a little healthier. I would definitely recommend these to anyone that wants to start taking vitamins but doesn't like the taste of traditional vitamins, or doesn't like having to take horse pills. Even though I got this product for free, my opinions are my own.
