Leaves a lot of residue and does not get dishes clean even though I prewash by hand and use a rinsing agent.

It doesn't always get the job done on heavily soiled dishes, but if you quickly load your dishwasher it will clean most dishes.

I really like cascade detergent, leaves no spots on glasses and dishes come out very clean.
It also has a very nice clean scent. I would buy this product again,
