Each fizzy, refreshing, effervescent tablet helps provide your body with important nutrients, including thiamin, niacin, vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, and more. Plus, Berocca® is sugar-free, has only five calories per serving, and gives you about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. Simply drop an effervescent tablet into 8-12 ounces of water and enjoy. Quite possibly the perfect pick-me-up, Berocca® contains 11 key nutrients selected for overall health and wellness. Vitamins B6 and B13 help your body convert food to fuel. Vitamin C and zinc help support immune system function, and guarana and caffeine are added to promote mental sharpness.

Each effervescent tablet gives you 500% of the recommended daily value of vitamin B6, 167% of vitamin B12, and 1667% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. You'll also get more than 1000% of the Thiamin (B1) you need every day, and 882% of vitamin B2 (riboflavin). The blend of vitamins and minerals was selected for optimal energy conversion and mental clarity.

When mixed with water, each orange-flavored Berocca® tablet also gives you about 44 mg of caffeine and more than 89mg of guarana seed extract.
