Ancient Nutrition is a whole-food supplement company that uses organic, raw, superfood ingredients in its products. Ancient Nutrition collagen is a dietary supplement that aims to increase the amount of collagen in the body. Collagen is a type of fiber-like protein that contains 18 different amino acids and is the most abundant protein in the body. Collagen is used as a supplement to assist with a variety of functions within the body, including joint lubrication and hydration for hair and skin. As it applies to Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein, though, this product doesn't have FDA approval because collagens are not regulated by the FDA.
