I have been drinking at least one bottle of Boost daily, for the last 16 years. Except when I was on vacations. I find it to be a really easy way to add protein and other essentials to my diet. I must admit that I do not eat a balanced diet, so by taking my multi-vitamins and supplements I try to do the best for my health. It tastes really good when refrigerated, though not totally gross at room temperature.

Boost has all the goodies inside, has more ounces and tastes better than the others. Refrigerate for best flavor, and shake thoroughly. Use a straw - just like a malted drink.

Although this time I purchased the Chocolate Boost, I prefer the vanilla. I have to add milk to the Chocolate to cover a slight chemical aftertaste. The vanilla is great by itself or in a milk shake.

My mom is 92 and has used this product for many years, it gives her the nutrition she needs when she just does not feel like a large meal. She usually adds a half of a sandwich or some crackers with it for lunch and is very healthy. Her favorite is chocolate.
