This Boost product is available in two flavors to supplement your other medicine for Glucose control. I drink a bottle after most meals to minimize glucose spikes, which can damage my body over time. Without drinking the Boost, my levels get too high. Drinking a bottle now and then, keeps me at a better level. The vanilla flavor is nice, but most of all, it has measurable results to keep me healthy. I recommend this product to anyone who is trying to lower their Glucose readings some points towards normal. I have seen about 50 points lower after a bottle and an hour of time. Everyone may be different, measuring more or less control.
