I own a lot of lip balms, and this is the only product that I re-purchase regularly. It is the most reliable one I own. If my lips are ever extremely dry, I can put on a couple layers of this at night, and wake up with smooth lips. It's great during the day too-- you don't have to reapply often because it stays on well! It is a minty lip balm, so that's up to your personal preference. After trying dozens of lip balms, this is one that is definitely worth buying.

I'm currently taking a medication that severely dries out my skin, and after having the most chapped lips of my life and using multiple kinds of ineffective, un-medicated lip balm, Blistex came to the rescue. After applying it often and generously, my dry, cracked lips were back to normal in an astonishing two days! I couldn't be happier with Medex, nor can I imagine using any other product while on my medication.
