I would have preferred the spray. The gel is not particularly pleasant in the mouth, and only seems moderately effective; it must be reapplied several times a night.

I have dry mouth often, especially when I sleep - with my mouth open. I can't sleep without this gel. Expensive but worth it.

I suffer from dry mouth at night. It is bad enough to wake me up, but if I use oral balance gel, it lasts through the night. It is the only product which has worked well for me, and I've tried several others.

I'm a mouth breather most of the time, and definitely at night. My throat & mouth get so dry at night that my breath rattles & wakes me up. Biotene dry mouth moisturizing gel is a life saver! I squeeze out about 1/2" and spread it around in my mouth with my tongue before I sleep and nearly always I wake up with a normal amount of moisture in the morning. It's so much more comfortable, and my constant sore throats are a thing of the past. Biotene moisturizing gel and dry mouth spray have made a huge difference in my life. Thanks, Biotene!

I take many meds during the day and this product helps from getting cotton mouth at night. This was recommended to me by my dental hygenist and this is fantastic.
