I have been using the white creamy volumizer formula and got GREAT results in texture, volume, and body, then I ran out. I bought a new bottle to find it NO BETTER than any off the shelf drug store shampoo. My hair is limp, stringy, and flat to my scalp (my naturally thin reality). What happened? It is a clear thinner formula that doen't do anything to help me. Why would Matrix change a winning formula?

I'm not happy with this shampoo at all. It makes my scalp dry & itcy, makes my hair really grease. I won't be buying this again. Don't like it at all.

WOW. Bought a different product, then bought this on sale- IT IS SO BAD. Makes my hair tangly and it takes forever to comb through all the tangles and rips my hair out. Considering tossing it out!!

I couldn't find the Bodifying and tried this....not at all the same. I still have a little of the Bodifying left but almost gone. This new stuff takes more to lather, and is just an average shampoo. I will not pay for it again. Please, Bring back the white Bodifying!

I had bad experiences to use it and discard the 33 oz one after several usages. I will never use it again. I like Bodifying, which seems discontinued.
