I've used and loved this conditioner for years, but absolutely hate the new formula. It leaves my hair very tangled, which it never had before. I have to switch conditioners. Why do companies always ruin such perfect products with their "improvements"?

This conditioner is okay, I only say that because when I use conditioners I like to feel my hair detangling as the water runs through it to rinse it out. This conditioner does not detangle my hair. However, it does keep it smelling good like orchids and it does help keep the color in my hair for a few more weeks than usual.

Love this product (as well as every biolage color care products!!) It leaves my over processed, very dry and fuzzy hair so soft and beautiful!! And my color has never been more vibrant!! Such an amazing line of products! They deliver all they promise and more!! (All of them also smell fantastic!) =)

conditioner makes my hair soft and easy to comb thru..doesn't feel heavy. and color shines, doesn't look dull and lifeless

I recieved a free sample of this shampoo and conditioner from my salon when I got my hair treated and I'm thinking about investing in more. I have a short, VERY thick afro and most shampoos dry my hair out, even some of the ones "made for African American hair." However I was so impressed with how soft and silky this product made my hair feel, especially the conditioner! Now that my color is mostly gone though, I might give the exquisiteoil a chance.

I have been using the Biolage color care conditioner for many years. It has a lovely pleasant small that doesn't overwhelm. Now my hairdresser says you have replaced it with Matric Total Results Color Care Conditioner. This product smells very sweet -- sickly sweet -- almost liked melted candy. I will now have to find a product elsewhere. I am very disappointed.
