I brought this product to give it a try to see if it would actually work and to my surprise, it really did. It helped me to get a great night’s sleep and works even better when you put the pack in the refrigerator and leave it there until you need it. As a long time migraine sufferer, it was good to see a product like this give me the relief I needed to get a good night’s rest and help soothe my migraine.

I use this product mostly in the middle of the night when I have a headache coming on. I feel it works real well on sinus headache.

Though they may be difficult to find in the headache aisle because the box is so thin and small, it's worth the effort. I use them, my daughter uses them, my daughter's boy-friend uses them, and I have recommended them to countless others. They are great to use in conjunction with medication for immediate relief (when it takes time for medication to kick in) and they are extremely soothing. We keep ours in the refrigerator which makes them colder, and quite a shock when you first put them on, but they work better that way. There are times when I keep mine on when I'm going to sleep, as well. Because they don't have medicine in them, you can use them on ANY body part to soothe an ache. My daughter used one after she got a huge reaction to a flu shot. It really soothed and cooled the hot, inflamed area. They are comfortable and easy to use.

I LOVE Be Kool patches (both the kids fever patches and the adult migraine patches)! I have had a migraine for 2 days to the point it literally makes me sick and being pregnant I can't really take medicines (at least nothing helpful), so my husband went and picked up a box of the migraine patches and I started having relief within minutes (literally). We also read on the back it can be used for other purposes, so my husband will try using them to help keep him cooler during the day at work (we live where it is regularly 100+ during the summer and he works outside in the heat). I will definitely be using these from now on and will recommend them to others!
