Dont know why but this is the only thing that helps my pain from arthritis, and muscle aches which I need to be able to work. Getting very hard to find especially extra strenght, beware of counterfits.

excellent anti-inflammatory - especially before exercise. Also contains some caffeine which helps boost energy levels too

I don't actually use this product, because it has caffeine in it, which I cannot have at all, but my husband uses Anacin and swears by it. He has used it for years. It seems to be getting harder to find, so being able to get it through CVS is a benefit. We always keep one bottle in the house and one in his pickup.
