I was expecting this product to help me with hot flashes and a recent unexplained weight gain and maybe fatigue and mood swings. I did not feel any different after taking all of the pills for one month, as the instructions recommended. Another product, Estroven, helped me a lot more with hot flashes and moodiness plus was less expensive.
