I remember when this first came out, I was so happy. For years I would have to sleep with 2 pads on. One for the front, the other for the back, because I didn't know how things would turn out the following morning.
Not only does this has you covered, it has great absorbency and i don't have to change in the middle of the night. I sleep so well during my period because of this! Thank you Always for finally designing a pad that is longer for the nights!

Finally, a product that addresses overall coverage and not just length and absorbency. I'm not unusually active and yet my pads always shift and I end up leaking wherever there is no pad .These pads have a flared back-panel for added protection and piece of mind. Sure, they're a bit diaper-like. But on those extra heavy days and nights sometimes that's what you need.

If you have heavy or extremely heavy periods, these are the best pads. They are the longest and most absorbant. I use them in the day and night time. Can't find another brand that works as well.

I used these after I got done with a handful pads after my son was born. They were surely life savers! I know they are pricey but, so.... worth it. I'll be stocking up on these before my daughter is born this winter.
