Always Overnight Extra Heavy Flow maxis are one of a few I look to for extra heavy nights. The back panel is the widest on the market. However, it isn't really all thick, fluffy pad. Most of the large back panel is more like an extended wing. Not real comfortable to wear, at least for me, because it tends to crinkle during the night. However, it does the job well enough to stay in my lineup for those really heavy nights.
