This stuff is really great, just be careful what you eat and if you decide to eat a lot of fatty foods just know you will be on the toilet, and hopefully not have an accident .

This product helped me lose the weight I wanted to lose in a short period of time. I never had any of the bowel issues you hear about as I changed my diet to accommodate the use of the pill.

I'm 62 years old and have been through menopause and still left with those extra pounds. I have hypertension so I can't take the same over-the-counter diet pills that I once used in my younger days. For me, I find that I'm becoming more conscientious of what I'm eating now only because my metabolism has dropped, more than anything. I find that when I eat something that has more fat than I would normally eat on a daily basis, the Alli helps my digestive system to expel all that fat. Like when I have my favorite pepperoni pizza, I will notice grease droplets in the toilet from the pepperoni. Sorry, I know that sounds grouse but it's proof that the Alli is doing what it is supposed to do. My scale is not moving in either direction, but I feel lighter and my clothes seems bigger. I have had people ask me if I've lost weight! So that's a good thing, right? Even Dr. Oz did a show on how safe it is to use.
