Although I take a daily medication for acid reflux, I sometimes have break-through reflux in the evening. I tried several OTC medications before Alka-Seltzer Tablets, but none worked as well as the Alka-Seltzer. It gives me the relief I need.

I love Alka-Seltzer Gold. When I have that over-stuffed feeling, I always feel better after taking some ASG. It has no pain medicine in it. Strictly for indigestion and heartburn. I've even put it in a champagne flute to drink it. I swear by Alka-Seltzer Gold!!!
