Zims Max Heat Steam Therapy Pillow should be removed from the clear plastic bag and placed on a plate with the plain side facing up. Ensure the pillow is flat. Place the eye pillow in the microwave. To increase the heat level microwave in addiotioanl 5 second increments. Touch-test the eye pillow to ensure a comfortable temperature and then placed on your closed eyes. A daily 5 minute tereatment is recomended.

Safety feature: If the pillow reaches an unsafe temperature, the words "TOO HOT" will appear on the white side of the pillow. DO NOT use when these words appear, even if you followed the recommended microwave time. The words will vanish whn ehte pillow is cool enough to be used safley.
