Clean the affected area and dry thoughoughly. Do not use any creams of ointments or bandage wil not adhear properly. Iift the white backing to gently remove bandage. Place bandage on desired location. Remove remaining tab and smooth bandage. Make sure that the eddges of the badage adhear well. Do not lift and restick. CHnage bandage every 3-5 day or as needed.

Do not use on burns or stickers. Diabetics and those with poor circulation or fragile skin should consult with a doctor before use. Use as directed. If redness or swelling occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. Not recommended for children under years of age
