[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS product IS THE ONLY thing right now that has helped me with my allergies. I'm allergic to my dog, which I developed two years after adopting him. I suffer from severe stuffiness, a lot of the times I can't even breathe no matter what I do. And before this product, I tried EVERY over the counter allergy product from Allegra, to Zyrtec; Benadryl, Claritin-D, Flonase, etc. even saline nasal sprays and humidifiers. NOTHING worked, nothing. To this day, I still have my dog and I still have allergies every single day and even though this nasal spray says to stop use after a few days, it's the only thing that helps me. Of course, there are days that it doesn't help as much, but I do have to give it about 30 mins plus a few extra sprays for it to do the job so that I can breathe again. Until I can get an allergist to prescribe me injections; which isn't guaranteed either; I will continue using this product since it has helped me. But also, keep in mind that what works for some might not work for you. I've had several people swear Flonase or Allegra worked wonders, while for me it did absolutely nothing, even after waiting a few minutes to see if it would kick in. If you want to know if this works for you, you will have to try it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked great at clearing my sinus congestion. It has a strong menthol component, and the mist is very light compared to other mists. The bottle is small, and fits very well in my purse inside the little pocket. A con would be that the menthol is strong. It helped to clear out my congestion well (and fast!) but the drip has a horrible taste. Not that I wouldn't buy it, I just had to give it four stars for this reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have terrible allergies that close my sinuses and that makes it hard to breathe sometimes. Vicks hit it out of the park with this product. Upon using it as directed, my sinuses were open in less than one minute and it lasted several hours. I am very impressed and will continue to use this
