Wake Program
6:45am 15 minutes before the set alarm time, the lamp begins to play.

6:52am As the wake-up time approaches, the lamp becomes brighter and the audio louder.

7:00am At wake-up time, the lamp and sound are at the highest level selected.

Sleep Program
9:45pm Choose your sleep cycle by selecting 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes.

9:52pm As the sleep cycle progresses, the light becomes dimmer.

10:00pm The light turns off when the sleep cycle is complete.
