[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I happen to be a 61 year old male that has an enlarged prostrate and has slight urine leakage because of this. I use a pantie liner every day and have been wearing women's cotton panties for quite some time because the liner is easier to use with panties than with men's briefs. At my age, I am not really embarrassed by buying my panties or liners, many nurses and other medical professionals are aware of what I wear and have told me that it makes a lot of sense.
