Adults and Children 12 Years and Older: Drink 1 cup preferably at bedtime. For Relief: Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover cup & steep for 10-15 minutes. Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup. Drink 1 cup, preferably at bedtime.

Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period of longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Contraindications: Do not use if you have ileus, intestinal obstruction, stenosis, atonic bowel, acute intestinal inflammation (e.g. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe dehydration states with water and electrolyte depletion. Do not use if you have known allergies to plants of the parsley (Apiaceae) family, such as fennel. Keep out of reach of children.
