Dual pads provide support for both Tennis and Golfers elbow. Helps reduce impact when active. Provides protection, support and increased thermal properties that aid in the rehabilitation of elbow tendon injuries. One size fits most.

Wrap support around outer side of upper forearm and insert strap. Position pads below the elbow, where tension or soreness occurs. Tennis (outer arm) and golf (inner arm below elbow) are the common areas for soreness. With arm straight, make hand into a fist, then pull strap to lock pads in place. Relaxing hand will then ensure support is comfortable.

Do not wear within the first 72 hours following an acute injury. This product contains a synthetic fiber which may cause allergic reactions. Should an irritation or rash develop, discontinue use and seek medical advice. If pain persists, discontinue use and consult your medical professional.
